First Federal Issue: Delaware
Delaware First Federal Issue revenues are rare.  Delaware is the second scarcest state of origin for these revenues.  No copies of the 30¢ revenue have been recorded, and none of the dollar values have been seen.

July 3, 1800, Wilmington, Delaware, bill of lading for shipment by the schooner Washington from Wilmington to Boston.  Taxed 4¢ (RM58) as a bill of lading for shipment between states, after March 31, 1799.
November 22, 1800, notarized statement of account.  Taxed 25¢ (RM61) as a protest or other notarial act.
