August 15, 1864, power of attorney by George Kemp, authorizing any two of Edward Kemp, William Kemp, and Adolphus Hollgarten acting jointly to act in the name of Lanman and Kemp.  Taxed 50¢ as a general power of attorney (the rate was $1.00 prior to August 1, 1864) with the tax paid by a pair of 25¢ certificate stamps.

October 8, 1867 power of attorney by George Kemp, authorizing Edward Kemp and William Kemp to act in the name of Lanman and Kemp.  Taxed 50¢ as a general power of attorney, with the tax paid by a 50¢ conveyance.
